At Whitewater Mobile LLC (Whitewater Mobile), your privacy
is important to us. This Online Privacy Policy is intended
to disclose how we treat information you provide to us
through the Whitewater Mobile Website (or "Website").
As a general policy, Whitewater Mobile does not automatically
collect personal information from users of its Website.
Whitewater Mobile may collect and store: information on
the domain a user uses to access its Website, the Internet
address of the website from which a user links to the Whitewater
Mobile’s Website and the date and time of the visitor's

information to any third party, list service or any other
entity in general. Whitewater Mobile may share information
about users, user’s account or the transactions users
engage in with third parties in order to administer the
products and services we provide, when required to do so
by law or government rules and regulations, or to offer
a broader array of products and services. Whitewater Mobile
may share user’s information, to the extent permissible
by law, for purposes including but not limited to credit
reporting, merchant verification and fraud prevention.
Whitewater Mobile's Website requires the use of cookies,
which are small pieces of information a Website stores
on a visitor's web browser to remind the site about the
user the next time he or she visits the site. Whitewater
Mobile does not store confidential or sensitive information
in cookies. Whitewater Mobile uses cookies to enhance its
user’s online session and ease navigation through
its Website. For certain applications, such as Whitewater
Mobile’s mobility and messaging services, cookies
are required to help protect the privacy of a user’s
transactions by, for example, automatically terminating
the online session if the user forgets to log out. Cookies
cannot be used to capture a user's e-mail address, obtain

sensitive information about the user. Additionally, cookies

Whitewater Mobile provides several online form resources
to better serve the needs of its users. Personal information
provided by a user via any of the Whitewater Mobile’s
online forms is used by Whitewater Mobile only to process
the user’s request for service.
Personal information transmitted to Whitewater Mobile may
be used by Whitewater Mobile staff to respond to inquiries
for service or information or improve the service Whitewater
Mobile provides. Since e-mail communication may not be
secure against interception by unauthorized individuals,
users should seek alternatives to e-mail when it is necessary
to provide sensitive or personal information. Likewise,
Whitewater Mobile will not transmit sensitive or personal
information that can compromise or violate a user's privacy
when communicating via e-mail.
